KUDOS TO OUR JOHNS HOPKINS SCHOOL OF NURSING PARTNERS

For many years, we have been involved with students and faculty from the Johns Hopkins School of Nursing who have been assisting us in our Water and Sanitation Program.

This past year, doctoral student Temi Adebiyi, under the direction of faculty member and FHH board member Dr. Diana Baptiste, did research that helped us revise the training curriculum that we used to train 16 new volunteer Community Promoters in August 2025.

Temi and Dr. Baptiste wrote a manuscript describing the research entitled "An Integrative Review of Community Health Volunteer-Led Training to Improve Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene practices in Haiti" and it has just been published in the journal Public Health Nursing.

We’re thrilled with the fact that Friends for Health in Haiti is cited in the manuscript and Dr. Wolf is one of the co-authors.

Congratulations to Temi and Dr. Baptiste! We’re grateful to be partners with you in pursuit of academic excellence and ministry to the underserved.
